Our culture/climate surveys can be extremely valuable to organizational leadership in the development of strategic and tactical diversity equity and inclusion activities. Our surveys measure actual or perceived interpretation of the environment at the individual and systemic level.

Workshop and Training Services

Oasis Strategic Consulting, LLC offers a Cultural Competencies Series (CCS) for managers and supervisors that is comprised of sequential workshops designed to enable participants and their organization to respond more effectively to people who differ from them. Through the use of case studies and full engagement exercises, individuals will be able to move their organization toward implementing a culturally proficient climate and create a greater sense of belonging for those who might otherwise feel marginalized in their work environment.

Workshops offered through the Cultural Competencies Series (CCS) are sequential building blocks to help inform and teach participants how to have courageous dialogue across differences.

Workshops within our Cultural Competencies Series (CCS) currently include:

1. Dialogue Across Differences
Dialogue Across Differences is a highly interactive program combining experiential activities, small group discussion and the philosophy of Intergroup Dialogue.

2. Bystander Intervention and Becoming an Ally Against Oppression
This workshop is a highly interactive workshop in which participants are empowered to become willing and committed to refute problematic remarks and engage people in informative conversations about race, gender and other forms oppressions as they occur.

3. Implicit Bias in Group Selection and/or Hiring Processes
After completing this workshop, participants will gain enhanced knowledge and tools to contribute to the search committee process through various opportunities addressing strategic diversity, equity, inclusion and sense of belonging, as well as identifying mechanisms that might be useful in overcoming barriers to diversifying the search process.
