Meet Our Founder

Wayne Gersie, Ph.D. is a leader in organizational development and change management, with specific expertise in diversity, equity, inclusion and sense of belonging (DEIS).  Dr. Gersie is also experienced in higher education, including recruitment and retention of students, faculty, staff.  His areas of proficient experience include climate assessment, diversity strategic planning, training and development in DEIS, student undergraduate and graduate recruitment, successful student transition from dependent learning to independent learning, undergraduate and graduate success programming, organizational effectiveness driven by measurable objectives, grant writing and corporate fundraising.
